Benefits of Doggy Daycare

Updated: May 14, 2019

Dogs are social creatures and pack animals by nature. Our busy lives mean that many are without company and stimulation during the day, often resulting in destructive behaviour like chewing, digging, barking as well as separation anxiety.

The day care or crèche concept for dogs, is fast gaining popularity worldwide with pet owners who want to enjoy the benefits of owning a dog, but also require peace of mind knowing that their beloved pet is being well taken care of during their absence. Dogs attending day care go home tired after socialising and being well stimulated during their absence. Shy dogs  also learn to interact with other dogs and gain confidence.

Whilst day care is no replacement for an owner’s love and attention, dogs enjoy the best possible care during work hours (or weekends) and are generally better behaved, stronger, fitter and calmer. All of these benefits have a positive effect on health and wellbeing.

Pop in and visit us to discuss your dog’s requirements, any time on the weekend of 4/5 May, and enjoy a free coffee and treat for your pooch.

Please contact Eileen Ashton on 082 551 5282 to book.
